Overview of Ghana:
On the 6th March 1957, Ghana became the first sub-Saharan African country to gain independence, and with that ushering a wave of independence across the continent. From botanical gardens and wildlife, to  entrepreneurship hubs of locally artisans, to natural resources and pan-African histories, each of Ghana's 16 regions provides a unique experience.

Starting at Accra, the undisputed gateway to Ghana, provides a warm embrace to kick off your adventures - a voyage of discovery of history and various cultures, languages and food. Yet a must-do escape from the Capital city, to a number of the other regions provides further opportunities for unique and diverse, culturally immersive experiences.
